  As soon as I saw Ryan's work I knew he was the only photographer who could shoot our wedding photos and, as soon as we met him, my partner and I also instantly knew he was the coolest person ever and we wanted to be his friends. :D There hasn't been a day in the past five months where I haven't looked at our wedding photos and video -- Ryan and Paige went above and beyond our expectations, capturing every little details of our day in such a great and unique way, making us feel comfortable (we are both pretty awkward people in front of a camera) and blending in perfectly with our wedding guests. Everyone absolutely LOVES the photos and loved interacting with both Ryan and Paige during the day <3 I can't recommend him enough!

  A huge thank you to Ryan and Paige for playing their part in our big day. Despite biblical rain all day, Ryan effortlessly managed to capture some lovely images - alongside the equally lovely Paige who was gathering footage all day long for a short keepsake film of the day (definitely worth paying the extra for!!!). While we probably didn't fit their usual customer persona, and perhaps were a little more 'traditional' in our choices, SGC captured the day in their unfaltering unique and modern style. Good communication from start to finish. Go book Ryan now!

  We could not have asked for a better person to photograph our wedding, we adore our photographs and Ryan is a truly sublime human being and photographer. Before we met Ryan, and whilst planning our wedding, we were very apprehensive about being the centre of attention and especially about having our photograph taken. All that melted away the instant Ryan got to work, he makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. We never expected to but we loved every second of being photographed. Ryan's got the perfect personality for the job and he makes you feel like you've known him for years. The art speaks for itself - We are truly obsessed with ours and as is everyone else I've shown. After seeing his work there is no way you could be on the fence about booking him to photograph yours but if you are JUST DO IT! DO IT NOW! You will have absolutely zero regrets!

  As with most my wedding planning, my indecisiveness was again out of control when looking for a photographer. But I knew I wanted something different and quirky. Then one day I was scrolling through my Instagram and came across a photo shoot that my wedding band had done. I was instantly drawn to the quirkiness and urban setting! I thought, I hope this guy does weddings too … and he did, it was fate! Me and my now hubby checked out the website and immediately booked in a zoom call with Ryan. There was no more indecisiveness .. he was the man for the job! We just loved Ryan’s enthusiasm from start to finish. He’s such a likeable, genuine guy and I can’t stress how important it is to actually like your wedding photographer! On the day we both felt super comfortable having our photo taken, Ryan made it fun! By the end of the day Ryan just felt like one of our friends at the wedding! He even helped the guys with their button holes before the ceremony. And last but not least .. the outcome was unreal! We are so happy with our photos. We just love Ryan’s style! They’ve brought me and my husband to tears several times! We’ve had so many comments from family and friends saying how great they are and that they’re the best wedding photos they’ve ever seen. In fact one friend said “I need to divorce my wife, so we can get married again and have Ryan as the photographer” Thank you so much Ryan! Carla & Elliot xxx

  Ryan, Ryan, Ryan… wow, what can we say? All-round top, talented dude. Not your run-of-the-mill wedding photographer! We wanted a relaxed, unfussy and unique sort of vibe for our day and Ryan was simply awesome from start to finish. Organised and “on it” without being overpowering (just like dealing with a mate), an amazing knack for putting people at ease (essential for those who - like us - aren’t keen on having their photo taken) and an incredible eye for creating and capturing something totally mind-blowingly different! His whole ethos really sets him apart from the very busy wedding photography crowd and it was an absolute joy to have him with us on our day. Could not recommend this bloomin’ lovely chap highly enough… book him, book him now 🙏!

  Absolutely cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. 🤩 When we started looking for a wedding photographer we only knew what we didn't want- flat, boring photos 😴 It wasn't until we saw Ryan's work, though, that we knew exactly what we did want. His photography is the antithesis of dull! Neither of us are keen on being at that end of the camera but, from the moment we met on our engagement shoot, Ryan made us feel relaxed and at ease. We were both surprised by how comfortable we felt, and how enjoyable we found the experience. I won't lie, before meeting Ryan I was slightly apprehensive about being photographed whilst getting ready on the morning of the big day. I knew I would want those memories captured, but worried it would be awkward or difficult. I knew I would be stressed about getting ready and didn't want to feel under any extra pressure. I really need not have been concerned! When Ryan arrived in the morning it just felt like an old friend had popped round to help. And he continued to help all day. He went above and beyond simply capturing our day and we're so glad he was there with us. His unique talent for being hilarious and fun to be around; cracking jokes and fitting himself with our family and friends, yet still being professional is a special gift! We received so many comments from our guests about how brilliant and charismatic he is, and some were even surprised that we had not known him prior to our engagement! The photographs we received (long before we expected them) are fantastic. They are just what we hoped for. As well as taking some posed (but not cheesy) shots, he also caught candid, genuine emotion. He has somehow managed to capture in pictures the way we felt on the day and those are the photos we love and will cherish the most. We must also mention the communication with Ryan could not be faulted. We kept seeing on wedding groups about couples feeling ghosted by their photographers and that couldn't be any further from our experience with Ryan. He never failed to check in and keep us updated and we felt in the loop from the day we first enquired. There is so much to juggle when planning a wedding so not having to chase up or worry is just an extra layer to the great service he delivers. If you're reading this you're likely already considering booking Ryan. Our advice is to go for it! You wont be disappointed 🖤 Tldr: Ryan will document the magic of your special day beautifully, and is a real delight to be around. 😉

  We booked Ryan for our little wedding in July, I had fallen in love with his work and a second into our Skype call- him too. Shutter go click was the perfect company for us, I feel like Ryan specialises in anything other normal and that suited us down to the ground. From the minute we met outside the town hall he was doing his thing catching lovely Candids and cracking jokes with the rest of us, he may have been there to photograph but he felt just as much a part of the wedding party as our own best friends. Both me and Conor are incredibly awkward in front of the camera but it came so easy and was so fun with Ryan behind it. He made our day so special and kept it going when we saw our gallery (that was ready much much earlier than expected may I add) and it became so clear while looking through them that he had captured us, our children, our siblings, our parents and just the whole atmosphere perfectly. If you’re toying with the idea of booking Ryan, please do- there is no way you could ever regret it. He is a blessing, his photographs speak for themselves but even if they didn’t he’s got hundreds of people stood behind him ready to sing his praises and I promise we’d be one of the first in the queue. Cannot thank Ryan enough, and cannot wait for another excuse to book him!

  We absolutely could not recommend Ryan enough. He was nothing short of fantastic from the get go, and whilst being very communicative was also super accommodating of us needing to reschedule our date (twice!). He made everyone feel comfortable and seemingly managed to be in four places at once to get every single shot we could have hoped for on the day…the guy is a wizard! He’s an absolute hit with the aunties and I’m sure if we would have booked him for the evening do they’d have had him up on the dance floor! Our previews arrived much earlier than expected, as did our full gallery and the prints we ordered from his online shop. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend him to anyone and would 100% book again for any big event. THANK YOU RYAN ♥️

  Based of his previous work we contacted Ryan in 2018 to document our wedding that was supposed to take place in the summer of 2019. As we all know there was a pandemic outbreak that led us to postpone our wedding until 2022. Through all the frustrating and dissapointing postponements there was ONE thing we were sure of, we wanted Ryan to do the photos! Ryan kept us in the loop during the pandemic and made sure to prioitize our wedding date in his calendar. When we finally met Ryan in person in June 2022 he was just as lovely and talented, as we were hoping. He instantly put everyone at ease, and was a huge hit with all the guests. We just recieved all our photos, and could not be happier! He documented every part of our special day, these are photos we will treasure for all the days to come :-)

  One does not simply make a beautiful collection of wedding photos, but my wife and I couldn't be more happier with the beautiful photo collection that Ryan made for us. The experience on the day with him was fun and truly enjoyable. He's truly amazing at thinking outside the box and so artistic at that! We will treasure our photos for always since they helped to immortalise our big day! Thanks again Ryan for everything!
