Very pushy saleswoman. I saw a couple of shoes in my price range but got taken to the most expensive range rather than let me try the ones I liked. Badgered me like crazy. Obviously on commission!!! Won't be returning. I prefer to make my own choice thanks

My dad has been to this place once before to have his feet done and was very pleased with the service . However on his second visit he was not as pleased . We will not be returning here as he had a half an hour appt booked and because we were a little late due to weather and his lack of mobility. They charged him £38 and he was in and out within 10 minutes. There was no explanation told to us that because we were late they would cut his appointment by 20 minutes. Otherwise he could have rescheduled the appointment for another time. Also the lady who let us in has a bad attitude and couldn't care less. How could they treat a 81 yo man like that. Discussing, only just cut his toenails and sent him out. Will not be returning ever.

I find the staff here at Shuropody inside Rivendell Garden Center to be second to none, especially Lynn who is very attentive and does not give up until your satisfied and happy with a potential purchase, I have purchased two pairs of boots from this shop and a pair of slippers...I have pretty large feet with being tall (for a girl), but these guys in Shuropody are so helpful, and helpful, and happy to assist. Would recommend a visit for something special or different...some of their boots are funky and fabulous 😁

Bought Josef Seibel shoes 20/12 /17 when tried on at home they felt to small so returned them 22/12/17 complete with all tags still attached and receipt , due to the bad attitude of sales person who I thought her next move was to get a magnifying glass out I asked for refund , I have purchased from Shuropody on several occasions previously also my husband who bought at the same time , he was served by the very helpful saleslady Val , I will not be shopping there again .
