Booked to have my right big toe checked due to inability bending to cut toe nails and suffering with B12 deficiency which caused toes crushing together, mainly big toes. So called podiatrist/butcher who attacked my left big toe aggressively with exceedingly large clippers since it was discovered to have fungus. Asked him to look at the right big toe and he just brushed me off and did nothing. Going now to see a reputable podiatrist .

Would not recommend this company , Reception staff where excellent . Guy who treated my ingrown toe nail didn’t appreciate the pain I was in and basically got stuck in with no pain relief. Not polite at all and only cut a tiny bit of nail off 2 days later I’m getting pain in toe where nail is ingrown again.

I went into the Shrewsbury branch to get comfortable shoes for work after suffering knee pain being on my feet for 9 hour shifts. The lady who served me was wonderful , nothing too much trouble despite it being close to closing time and came away with what have proved to be the most comfortable shoes ever. I then ordered another pair of different shoes on line as they didn’t have them in the store. I ordered them at 3pm and received them by 11am the next day , excellent service. Would highly recommend
