Went in to try some shoes. The assistant who was serving us was really pleasant and helpful, the other woman who I think was in charge was like a bear with a sore head. My father and daughter had sat on the chairs ( no one else in the shop) while waiting for my mam and me she asked if she could help them quite abruptly. Then she wasn't happy as the shoes were odd (thats why they were only£10 ) and my daughter had said You should put a sign up saying. ..Nearly bit her head off. Anyway nice assistant but the other needs to go on a customer service course.
