Shurgard doesn't sell any boxes in their stores, so don't bother trying to go pick up any. There's a "Big Yellow Self Storage" very near by, I recommend going there. (even if the box-dimensions are worse). But at least they have boxes! Not offering boxes in store might save you guys money short-term, but long term you'll lose customers. For any storage needs in the future I'll consider the alternatives first. Shame, as I've been a happy customer in the past, picking up any boxes needed, and renting units.

Speedy and helpful staff from hotline to in-store. Booked a storage online and called for last minute change of appointment. They quickly find my booking and changed it accordingly. The check-in and termination procedure takes less than a minute. Storage is clean and bright. My luggage which contains some leather goods stay in perfect condition sitting the storage for three months. Defo come back for my next long travel.

Expensive bureaucratic but convenient and secure! Having the latest open access hours of most self stores in London this site is very convenient but it's not the best to park there is very limited space to accommodate vans a problem when it's busy. Access is secure and the site is monitored by remote cameras during times when the office is closed. There is a rodent problem. With mouse droppings found in my unit. Management have been notified
