Had a really good experience at Shurgard in Epsom. The staff were super efficient and attentive and very kind and considerate. They went through the paperwork quickly, it was reasonably priced and it all went like clockwork on the day. Would really recommend as they also have increased security so I feel confident about the security at the storage facility.

Chris has been amazing. Showed me several units and didnt hassle me when I wanted to compare sizes again. When I was being a bit slow working out all.the security trying to get in he took extra time to walk me through it and set up the App for me. Great experience. Really helpful.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, or rather lack of it at Shurgard. They have taken a payment out of our account for £20 which they say is a late payment but no invoice has been sent (just automated emails that give no invoice details just amount owing) and when I rang up to query it they were extremely rude and unhelpful basically saying that it is tough and that it must be right (even though they cannot give an actual reason why the £20 has been taken!). I then asked for the name of the person in charge to be told his name was 'Chris' but refused to give a surname and also refused to give me any details of a name of any person in charge to email to complain. Absolute shambles of a company
