This place is a dump, for months now there is no access at the Belmont at entrance (the main one in terms of parking / unloading), access is otherwise very tricky at the front entrance if there’s more than one vehicle at a time 🙄. Also the place is generally unmanned, they’ve locked up / removed toilet/sink facilities, for months there has been a leak / stagnant water rotting away in the storage areas near the main entrance and there’s never any trollies on the one side that has access. I think because Shurgard don’t care about the state of the place then neither do the customers anymore. Used to be wonderfully managed before they took over.

Been storing here for years with Citystore before it was taken over by Shurguard, now the service is atrocious, staff are unhelpful and out-rite rude. And since they have no UK based customer complaints department, their staff can pretty much do anything they like without any accountability. Gates are closed or broken many a times. Wouldn’t bother with them; as soon as you have any issues they will treat you exceptionally unprofessionally. Many other better and cheaper options around.

This facility is poorly managed. No staff onsite to help and really hard to reach when something goes wrong. Disrespectful with customers' time... Not only did we not get any clear instructions how and where to check in (the reception office 10 min drive away which we only found out because we called before), nobody bothered telling us that there are two entrances to the storage. One more convenient than the other. In addition, the code we were provided didn't work and when we called the reception office, nobody picked up. Finally, after 5 attempts it took the guy 4 different new codes before we could finally enter the unit. Wasted 30-45 min that could have been avoided if they just a check-in office and reception on-site. Giving one extra star as the storage was as expected and the lock was ready when we finally got there.

Unit of 70 sq ft was actually less than half that size when I got there. Lots of stress organising another storage on the spot when my stuff is in a van I'm paying for by the hour. Team gave me a refund but I would highly recommend visiting and booking in person instead of trusting their advertised sizes.

Dylan gave us a good hand in finding the cubicle in this huge warehouse, and gave us a code for opening successive doors that worked. There are a few carts available. Provide a padlock adapted to the nuts specific to this warehouse, you can also buy them on site, so the first time, come during office opening hours. This shurgard is in Camden near the open-air market, a very pleasant area well worth a visit once the chore of tidying up is done. (Original) Besoin d'une solution de stockage pour une étudiante entre juin et septembre : réservation et paiement totalement en ligne. Sur place : finalisation du dossier en quelques minutes. Dylan nous a donné un bon coup de main pour trouver le box dans cet immense entrepôt, et nous donner un code d'ouverture des portes successives qui fonctionne. Il y a quelques chariots à disposition. Prévoir un cadenas adapté aux écrous spécifiques à cet entrepôt, on peut aussi en acheter sur place, du coup la première fois, venir aux heures d'ouverture du bureau. Ce shurgard se trouve à Camden, près du marché en plein air, quartier très agréable qui vaut le détour une fois la corvée de rangement accomplie.
