    Suddenly changed the service hours from 7-11pm to 7-8pm without any notice, only a small A4 paper stick on the glass door when you get into the storage, they can easily send a notice to all storage member when they need to increase the price but not changing the service hours, no hotline after office hour, no support after office hour, will suddenly closed the storage when they need to upgrade the system without notice, i don't know why they use tons of money upgrading the system but not a notification if they need to close the storage for upgrade. even they stated the service hours will until 11pm in the web page but most of the storage is already closing in 8:00pm for no reason. makes people which wants to store their things after work so difficult to access and they just don't care. HOPE THEIR BUSINESS WILL GROWTH MORE BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE This is the only NOTICE for changing access hour, yap, that's it
