I am at a loss, we have been working with this company for more than a year, and if there were any problems, they were always quickly resolved. But a few days ago, we received a package with beaten and damaged goods, also in other shades!!! We immediately wrote to the company, we were asked to take a photo, which we immediately did. The next day, we were AGAIN ASKED TO TAKE A PHOTO!!! Ok, we sent again, and then they just started ignoring us! Shock!! We filed a complaint with Pay Pal, and now we don’t even know what to do. After all, you don’t want to continue to cooperate with a company that sends a marriage and then ignores it. Given that we are generally from another country ...

The worst customer service ever. Avoid this business at all cost, they are not worth investing in. Earlier today, I took my wife and kids there to pick some items to purchase to see if products are good enough to buy wholesale. We shopped for 30 minutes and when we went to pay, a staff said you don't have enough items as the minimum spend is £100. So, we said OK, please scan what we have and then we can see how much more stuff we need to get but unfortunately the manager came and said it will take me 5 minutes to scan this so I'm not going to do it. This was the most disgusting service I have ever witnessed. The manager basically wanted us out by saying that. Due to the very bizarre circumstances that we found ourselves in, and also looking at other reviews, I am thinking there is something dodgy going on with this company so therfore, we will be reporting them to various bodies to get them investigated and their products.

This was my second visit. There isn't any doubt that prices are good however it builds up to heavy bill at the end. I was happy with my first purchase So went back today with 6 more individuals for shopping. I was greeted by a very unfriendly person who just explained the rule such as minimum spend, no bags are allowed and no children upstairs etc. Because it was school holidays so I had to take my son with me. I walked around the warehouse with me son. He accidentally dropped a pack of Aveeno lotion which I picked it up straight away and put it back on the shelve. This lady decided to check on us. She told me that a child dropped it on the floor so she came to check to make sure it's not broken. I told her why would I put broken thing back on the shelf..? plus I said I will be more careful with him. BUT she decided to talk to my son. She went to him and spoke rudely which actually upset me and scared my son. Why someone wants to talk to 6 years old when you already have spoken to the parent?? She was very very rude and rigid telling me I shouldn't have brought the child. She was an elderly lady but I guess she forgot she used to be a mother too. I gave them 2 star only because of their products but this lady had spoiled the shopping experience and scared my son. She said to me she is the manager as her son in law is on holidays. I know this owner might not be able to do anything to her as she is his Mother in law. So just making those aware who wants(have) to take children with them. BE WARNED for Mother in law as she can shout on your children and make them scared.
