Unfortunately the owner and other staff members spend more time on trying to give you the hard sell than actually let you heal in peace. Some come running in when you're all vulnerable and try to add further treatments at extra cost, for instance after putting on the heat lamp to give you a 'taster' and then say you need to pay more to get more of it. They convinced my partner she was constipated and needed to buy these special plums - she said she couldn't afford the 20 pounds for them just yet, and the women actually scoffed and laughed in response! So she ended up being almost shamed into buying them, and they had her running for the toilet the next few days... It's just not a place you can relax, especially if you've already paid for sessions in advance. As then they use the treatment time to sponge more money out of you, its not a peaceful environment in that sense if you are trying to heal from something.

This treatment is Amazing. I have been attending most of this year after having major operations. It’s been Amazing for me I have had a lot of treatments there. All the staff are very experienced nice and friendly and its nice and clean and comfortable environment. Very professional indeed. Dr Shu Jun is a professional Dr and her recommendations are excellent. I will always return as the place is tranquil and i am a firm believer in Chinese medicine.

Just today finished my first package of lymphatic massages and acopunture, it was wonderful !!! the team is amazing, kind , nice and gently ….. I felt pampered all the time, they helped me to be less stressed and loose my first 7 kg before a surgery; i will come back soon, for sure!!! thank you so much 🤗

I ve had a delighted experiment in this clinic, from their knowledgeable consultancies to an extremely enjoyable massage. Illigal Shop, disrespectful staff and disgraceful price. While shops were closed because of covid restrictions they opened. I paid in advance for 10 section and she did want to refund. Illigal behaviour to be reported.

The customer service here is amazing, and the owner is incredibly sweet and kindhearted but also extremely talented. I went there feeling stress, overwhelmed and over worked leading me to feel exhausted, but her and all the stuff working there helped me feel more relaxed, energetic and capable of managing all my workload. I will be sure to visit again and recommend for others to give this place a try.

I have been coming to Dr Shu Jun on and off now for about 5 years. She, and the whole team, have always been professional, welcoming and warm, and the centre with its many treatment rooms, a delight to visit. Shu Jun has great wisdom and charm which immediately puts you at ease and develops and strong trust. She is obviously constantly exploring new areas of healing and developing her understanding of the human body and being, and her treatments (therapeutic/tui na massage, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, scraping/gua sha and even emotional counselling) definitely more profound than the standard Chinese Medicine you might expect, or may have experienced elsewhere. My confidence in her insight and abilities recently led to me starting some training with her to deepen my own healing and massage practice. I highly recommend her and the Shu Jun Health care team!
