Plenty of space on campsite. However toilets are tiny with difficult doors - my 17 year old got stuck in them twice because they are really heavy and stick. Shower is very small, no idea how families with small children cope with showering. Shower doors also open inwards instead of outwards which I found strange. Shower very temperamental- goes very cold or very hot - it changes its temperature. No disabled facilities which I found difficult as I sometimes need extra room to move, be able to sit down comfortable and have room for my husband if I need assistance. Quite a bit of noise comes from houses behind campsite, someone was revving motorbike one night and shouting the next night. The small country lane that runs alongside the campsite gets quite a lot of traffic on it which create noise at all hours of the day.

Quiet site, but unless you are in the club you are on a field which is NOT flat, quite a slope to be fare. Organisation was not great as there seems to be too many people involved who do not seem to communicate properly. Facilities are adequate although one of the showers was leaking and the shower heads are high. Toilets are fine. Facilities are kept clean and cleaning lady was thorough and lovely. There was a bbq ban (which was the only site which had one)and we didn't find our til after taking money and we had no means of cooking other than a grill. The site was a sharp turn into site and we wheelspun to get to our pitch. Not a site I would visit again and the pictures on the website are very misleading.

Idyllic, so quiet, lots of space. First off, the location for their house which you need to visit to check in, is located wrong on google. So the location is perfect for visiting areas on the Norfolk coast, it hosts around 12 pitches in the camping/touring field, which is a fair size, biggest pitches I’ve been on, I’d guess at around 10 metres wide, possible a bit more, our neighbour was nowhere near us, couldn’t even hear them, was nice only having 6 pitches occupied, never been anywhere so quiet. The facilities where perfect, single person ones, which I’ve never had, so lovely and private, nice and clean (guess depends if you have good neighbours sharing them also, although won’t have many people using them), and insect free. Don’t know what else to say, if you like space, cleanliness and quietness, at a really cheap price, you have to try this place for yourself.

A wonderful perfectly quiet campsite, close to a number of footpaths to take in whatever direction, beach or inland. The site has very big pitches around the perimeter with hook-up. The showers are hot, and there's a heater for colder days. The facilities are cleaned regularly and always spotless. The site is perfect for couples who want peace and quiet. However for children what more could you want, than space to run, and nature to experience. We'll be back! Thank you a perfect holiday

This site is very poor nothing on it for children. No WiFi. Two Showers and 4 Toilets which are porter cabins one shower dose not work properly. Best not to lock the doors on the toilets as you have to get someone to help you get out. Water tap is on a tree. I don't no how you can say it is in the caravan and camping club. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

New to camping so hired a VW camper van for two nights to see if we liked it. We chose a great place to start our wild camping and I mean wild as we had gales, heavy rain and floods. Our host Ann was lovely and very helpful and even braved the awful weather conditions to check on us which was very sweet. The local pub called the Foundry Arms serves great food with very helpful staff. The toilet and shower block are adequate and always clean. We loved our camping trip and would very much recommend Shrublands Farm and will make this our first holiday destination when we have our own VW camper van. Thanks Ann, hope to see you again sometime next year.
