2021*Shocking receptionist. Not at all helpful, very dissatisfied with their professionalism. I would love to rate a doctor or nurse however I am constantly getting chinned off by those receptionists. 2022 Update* No change of customer service. Do not ring that bell until the clock strikes 0800 otherwise the power hungry RUDE receptionist will actually kick off. Nurses are fine, still not seen a doctor. Receptionist bring that whole establishment down and must be looked into.

Generally a really good Surgery the only issue i have had on several occasions is that specific repeat prescription requests are often ignored as is any request to confirm receipt of the repeat request. Receptionists are usually really friendly.

No stars! I called to get an emergency appointment for my 18 month old! Due to her breathing and coughing her lungs up. they asked for name and birthday for them to tell me to go in the morning. I am not happy with this surgery it just gets worse every time i call, their excuse is come in the morning like they cannot be asked to make appointments. Rude receptionist on top of it aswell!
