Booked a bike for a half day in the morning. Showed up at 9:30 for pick up. No one was there. I called and no one answered. I sent an email which has yet to be responded to but I did get a confirmation email saying, hope you enjoy your booking 4 hours after the booking was supposed to happen. Pretty disappointed. Still waiting to hear back from my emails re: a refund. So far silence.

First time on an e-bike and had a super time. Maddie was awesome to deal with and gave great instructions on how to use the bike; super easy and after getting use to how to use it, I was beating my cyclist husband on hills with ease. Cycled from Claremont Street through the Quarry, along the river and took the bike path next to the canals to Uffington and Upton Magna. Cons: The bike is a little heavier than you would think and once you get use to how to pedal and the "lurching" of the bike when the 'e' kicks in, smooth sailing. Pros: Awesome seat! Lovely staff to help! Gorgeous UK day for a ride! Totally recommend!

We had such a special day cycling around the countryside on these zippy ebikes. The shop set us up with everything we needed. We followed a route from a map they gave. Fun, good exercise, fresh air and great views, without the struggle up hills. My friend had a 3 year-old in a trailer we also rented. We could adjust the power assistance and speed to all share the adventure. We want to do it again soon.
