We are Americans who not full time residents of the UK. Shreeve is our key-holder. They inspect our flat on a regular basis and advise us of problems and potential problems. If we need something delivered they will be there for the delivery or they will allow us to ship it to their offices and then deliver to our flat. It is almost like having a property manager. If we need something done and they do not do it, the will find a provider. They have been fantastic with which to work.
