Worst custmore service i ever received! Bought expensive gold pendant after two weeks got a hole on it, went back and conplained asking for my money back. Seller saying they dont do money back but becouse she love me and i am sister to her ( never seen her befor in my entire life!!) she do it for me but she will minus labour charge £90.so for a faulty product , i got to pay, they dont take any responsibility for they gold. They even admitted that they need to repair and sell, so be carefull what you buying coz the “new” gold could be someone damaged faulty gold resell. Was thinking to exchange but the new was damaged too(hole) after everything they charge me £40 , and i just paid it coz there is no point arguing with low iq people who dont understand what is mean of good customer care and long lasting business relationship.
