Not the best service unfortunately, got the bags out quickly enough but felt they were not clear enough about collection. The guys turned up when we were not expecting them, commented this happens pretty regularily, no confirmation that we would be charged for them attending just said we should call to rebook. When called to rebook they said the contract had been filled and we would have to re-pay again which is disappointing and never discussed prior. As a service based business i feel they fall short and the review accurately reflects the service we have had to date from shred-it and i would recommend others to consider looking at other providers prior to accepting their terms
