We have had a dispute with this company for the last 18 months, a charge was made for a collection which didn’t happen despite the fact that they have acknowledged that they have agreed in writing to call the office prior to collection. They conveniently delayed the dispute until after the annual contract roll over took place resulting in us being unable to leave for another 6 months. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, absolutely appalling company, who dont respond or deal with queries, which after trying to resolve issues since February still haven't sorted and now hiding behind contract which has automatically renewed, which given we were in dispute and being overcharged should never of renewed!!!! if our issues were addressed when raised we could of given the required notice, I feel the avoidance of responding to our issues and queries was to ensure we were tied in!!! Do not use this company!!! 😡😡😡
