  Love my bathroom! It's fantastic to finally have a working toilet. I flet the service was brilliant. Choosing our loo and shower was so easy and they helped keep in our budget. The service was excellent they were able to work with us and our busy family. I would recommend the shower people to friends and family

  I asked for a quote to put in your bathroom tile the bathroom in person come to make it up and never got back to me. I had to phone the office and they say we don’t do just fitting I was waiting five days I don’t recommend and just them .

  What a shambles of a company. It seems all they are interested in is your money. I am writing this on behalf of my elderly parents who have suffered distress due to the incompetence of this company. Items not delivered, wrong items supplied, damaged items delivered. If you call the office they are quick to blame anyone but themselves for their own incompetence. On completion of the work I requested a small reduction on your the final settlement by way of compensation for my parents, this request was totally ignored. I have to say the workmen (who incidentally are not employed directly by the company) we’re brilliant. I would never recommend this company.

  What was meant to be a 5 day project turned into a 4-week long stress. I would not recommend this company if you want to feel like a valued customer. Firstly, I'd like to say how considerate and competent all of the tradesmen who visited our house were. If the company was run by the people doing the work then it'd be a great success and I'd be singing their praises. However, the overall handling of our ensuite remodel left a lot to be desired - never have we encountered a company so disorganised and so terrible at customer service. Where do I begin? - The initial survey of our ensuite was so rushed that some components were left off the plan and others not measured correctly, resulting in multiple things not being included in our contract (like the light fittings) thus costing us extra. Don't believe the initial quote you get as it's not the final amount you'll end up paying. - The first fitter we were allocated had been told he was simply taking out an old shower to put in the new one, he had no idea he'd need to knock down and rebuild a wall, and move the shower to a new location. It took the whole first week just doing this bit of the job (remember, we were told this was a week-long project!) - Poor measuring at the survey meant our fitter was short of materials almost everyday of the project, or sent the wrong items, or not sent items at all, causing endless delays whilst we waited for yet another delivery. - On at least two occasions, we were indirectly told our remodel was 'not a priority' so the fitter was sent to work on another job, despite us having an unfinished bathroom that we couldn't use and me not having a WFH office whilst the room was out of use. - There is constant blaming - it's our fault, the fitter's fault, the driver's fault etc, for why things are wrong or missing. The office takes zero responsibility for their mistakes or disorganisation. - Not a single person in the office knew what was going on at any time we contacted them. Why did we have multiple days with no workers turning up? Why have we not got the materials? Why is this taking a month rather than a week? Who knows, "we'll get back to you". - We received no apology for all the delays and mistakes from the office. No one ever bothered to contact us to explain anything, the emails we send received a 1 line response and phone calls were promised to be returned and never were. - To top it all off, we received zero contact from the company throughout the remodel. They never once reached out to us to explain what was going on or why people didn't turn up when promised. Apart from on the 'final day' of the project, however, when the bill was due and they proceeded to call us 3 times and email 3 times demanding payment, all within a morning. I'd also like to point out that every tradesman that came to do the project said that all of the above comments are normal for the Shower People. None of them seemed surprised by our experience. Yes, we like our finished bathroom. No, we do not recommend using this company.

  I called in to ask advice about a shower strip as mine needed replacing and having ordered one from Ebay and got it wrong I required advice from someone who knew and called in hoping they may stock what I required, they didn't however the staff member was so helpful and helped me find what I needed on line to the point he waited until I typed in exactly what I needed and ordered it. Fantastic service 👏 will definitely choose to come here if I require a new bathroom suite
