Where do I begin. I just want to say that the staff are lovely and inviting without a doubt. But do not apply for a job here. They extended the length of interviews which leave you hanging for around 2-3 weeks. After those 2-3 weeks I get a call from Ellen (in which 3 people who work here wrote the reviews about the company, giving it a 5 star rating) advising that I had got the job. So I turned the rest of the apprenticeships down that had offered me a position because showcase was local to me and more convenient. I waited for an email in which Ellen said she would send me on the Monday including the paperwork for the job and when I would start. I waited for that email, even though I was on holiday, and I had to chase this up with James, in which he said he would chase this up with Ellen. I then receive an email on my 21st birthday, which they knew full well it was, saying that they have changed training providers and this does not put showcase at risk at all, so they cannot offer me the position as a business admin. Just to find out that they couldn’t tell me the truth and actually gave my friend the job. Not happy, feel like I have been mucked around and not professional that 60% of the reviews have been written by staff.
