People Matters HR have been member of SHOUT Network for a number of years across the Greater Manchester Area. SHOUT groups are always friendly and welcoming, there is no pressure to refer business although the format is fairly similar to other networking groups. We like the flexibility of times, breakfast, morning lunch, group meetings where a number of groups meet together. When you join a SHOUT group, you can visit any other group free of charge, so long as there isn’t a group member in the same profession. Its such good value for money! We share good news, updates about our business and how we can help each other. Business collaborations and friendships really grow in this non-pressurised environment. Our Business has benefitted not just by the network meetings, but also the exhibitions, full group meetings and visiting other groups to meet new people. We have received a lots of business referrals through SHOUT and we are pleased to say as well as looking after a number of members HR services, we use several members to provide us with regular services and we refer at least one SHOUT member to others on a weekly basis. SHOUT has really helped our business and many others grow and I would recommend them to anyone.
