We (my wife and I) popped into Shottens in our lunch hour on the hunt for a new sofa! Shottons did not disapont.!! Alan the salesman was brilliant with different ideas for colours schemes...etc. Matches our rugs perfectly!! When we had decided on a style Alan and the Store Owner Clive said there is no need to wait for delivery we can have the sofa in the showroom as the delivery wait could be until November 2022. To top off the brilliant customer experience Clive said he would deliver the sofa on a non delivery day, because it was our only day off from work. So from going into store to delivery of our fabulous new sofa took 5 days and we could of had it sooner if we'd wanted. Never had this Five Star level of customer service anywhere else !! Thank you Clive and Alan!!
