I was a bit disappointed with the flavour profile of the ramen - although I was expecting the ramen to have a twist, I don't believe the flavours had much substance. I ordered the signature Shoryu ramen with Green Tea Yuzu drink. The bite to the ramen has very good. However, the consistency in the stock lacked an umami kick and fattiness - it felt more watery than soupy. On a cold day, I think of a thick soupy ramen which reaches the soul and brings calm to my mind. Unfortunately, it did not do this. I could say the same for the green tea - it was diluted and didn't have any sweetness in it. I was a bit confused overall with my experience here.
