Mark was brilliant from start to finish. Honest, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Shorrt Electronica for Printer repairs. Brothers were no help at all. Their nearest service centre was 70 miles away, and they expected me to get my large printer there. The warranty wasn't covered as I haven't used their laser ink and paper. Although it was only two years old, they told me I could buy a new printer. Mark immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Thank you, Mark

He also explained about a feeder copying quirk and how to get round it. Still worked wirelessly when I got it home. Recommend unreservedly and will certainly ask him again.
