Our experience with this agency was dreadful They lie to us about viewings two times, we went at the time and please to view a house two times and they didn't show up We tried to rent another house with them, we applied and they didn't even called us to let us know what is the outcome of our application We called a few times the office and they were super rude and unprofessional I also want to mantion that I feel a bit distrimunated as they probably saw I'm a foreign and though I can't afford to rent a house with their agency or something Just to let you know Luke we are fully capable of renting a house and I have been renting for the past 10 years!

Terrible experience. I've been mess around, called. They say one thing over the phone and do exactly the opposite. I've had my booking changed 10 times without consulting with me. I've spoken to Luke, Matthew, Laura. 0 professionalism when it comes to dealing with customers. Dealing with them is just waste of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst letting agency I have ever been with and will never use again. Having to constantly chase them for updates etc they then pretend they aren't available at the time of calling and won't return the calls or emails. They're very ignorant. They also won't contact your landlord regarding issues so it will be dragged out for months on end. A month after moving out we're still receiving invoices for rent because no one put an end of tenancy date on the system We even had to chase them up to get out bond back. Allsopp and Allsopp made a massive mistake by joining these, they're absolutely awful.
