    ‘We have had continued issues with you being extremely rude to our team including raising your voice, using foul language and being extremely argumentative on more than one occasion now, however we have continued to groom Bijou’ - short barks and sides. I am appalled at your accusations of me being rude and raising my voice on several occasions. I never used foul language, it’s not something I ever do. I have never even had the chance if I wanted to as you and your staff are ever so cold and miserable and don’t speak or chat. Getting a smile from you is very, very rare. I’m a very chatty and happy person but always feel an awkward silence whenever I come to groom Bijou. It felt like it was just strictly business, in and out, even my children noticed this whenever they came with me. I’m sure you know that, but of course you have have to say something like this to save your reputation, even if you lie, what a shame. Further disappointment for me but good riddance to bad vibes. Tada and good luck… you’ll need it eventually.

    I have been using Sean dog groom for years now, my last dog Poppy was quite naughty to groom bless her and in her last year had dementia. Sean always had lots of patients with her. Sadly she past away at almost 15, we now have another Shiztue who is a puppy. She has had her complimentary puppy groom, she looked lovely and smelled gorgeous and was very well looked after. Sean and his lovely wife are true animal lovers. Myself and my dogs have always been happy with grooming results, but more than that . The business is in a warm family home, so it doest feel like I'm dumping my dog at the groomers x
