The best self-defence Japanese martial art! Love the good balance of training - cardio warm up, basic, technical, meditation and philosophy…etc. The teacher is highly skilled and experienced, senior people also help junior, you’re looked after. I’ve been practicing it about 4 years and am always happy. It’s the good way to self-esteem. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to learn self defence and keep fit! The teaching is great, you can learn at your own pace and there are plenty of experienced people to help you learn the techniques. The dojo is inside the school, the reception staff are friendly and will direct you to the changing rooms. If you are thinking of trying a martial art for self defence I very much recommend Shorinji Kempo and learning here is a great place to start!
