Very nice bathroom supplier but the staff are very rude and inadequate in their positions. Most of them just sit behind the desk and not very knowledgeable in their products. Probably needs a new staff restructure otherwise they will look at going bust.

A genuine one stop solution which makes planning so much easier. Thanks to Rebecca & all the team. Thoroughly recommend & once the en-suite is finished we'll be back to plan the bathroom :) Job now complete - big thanks to both Shoreline for their help & doing everything exactly as they said they would - delivery team arrived bang on time despite the short time between order & delivery & Christmas in between! Very very happy with the fresh ensuite :)

Great experience all round - Jordan was extremely helpful on both of our visits and has a wealth of knowledge and advice when it came to helping us make decisions. The showroom was fantastic as there was so much to look at. We waited hardly any time at all and Chris and Ben delivered our order. They delivered everything into where we wanted and were not long at all. Everyone we have dealt with in the showroom, during delivery and via telephone or email have been friendly and polite and we received fantastic service so I would recommend them to anyone.

Lovely showroom with super displays of bathrooms and much bigger than what it looks from the outside don't be fooled it's quite large. Very helpful staff. It took us 4 visits before we finally settled on what we have now ordered and thanks to Kerri it was a pleasure.
