Ok these guys use a scam delivery company, called DX even the text off them raised the scam alert. Stated they tried to deliver and left a card. I was in all day. No delivery, no card...Any company using these guys deserves less than one star. Go to trust pilot and checkout DX.

I'm so glad to find a shop with a webshop and a very good communication. They are available by phone or mail to guide you. Obviously, it's better to go on shop. But I didn't have time and I'm quite far (and I know which board I wanted when I was in France). They are so patient to answer with details to all my questions, because I'm not from UK!! I received my new board, clothes, wetsuit. Everything was delivered in very good condition (double cardboard box + bubble wrap + ect... for the board), even if that was an express parcel! I ordered around midday for being delivered the next day around 10 am. They won a new customer and I definitely recommend. I'll sure visit your shop soon.

Visited Shore a couple days ago to buy some wetsuit gear and had a great experience. The staff there are all so lovely and helpful, know their stuff about all the range and have excellent stock. The surf board they reccomended for me was perfect as well, had a fab time. Definately the place to head to if you're in the market - Great shop, kind staff.
