We collected our Macan today from Shorade, and felt the handover process carried out by Lee was an amazing experience. The quality of the repairs, the way the car was presented, the explanation of work, introduction to staff and final tour of the facility gave us the feeling we were valued customers and that Shorade were in complete control of the whole process, and Siobhan kept us well informed of the repair process along the way.
