With having my youngest daughter move to Manchester, the Shop mobility in the Arndale Centre has been a god send. I can visit my daughter and hire a scooter so I can get out and around Manchester. We've had some lovely days out since she moved there, and without the hire of a mobility scooter I'd be stuck in doors. The volunteering staff are absolutely brilliant. They couldn't be more helpful. I appreciate all the help I get from them. Looking forward to lots more visits this coming year. 😊

The service I received from Gav in Shopmobility Arndale Centre was absolutely beyond amazing. It was the first time I had ever used the service as my own chair had broken down. Before even trying to rent a power chair to me, Gav took the time to discuss the problems I was having with my own chair. He obviously has extensive knowledge due to taking care of all of the rental scooters and chairs in the branch. The Arndale Centre is very lucky to have you! I cannot thank you enough Gav for your kindness, compassion and sense of humour Heather.

I can’t believe for the life of me why this establishment has some low reviews. The staff at this shop are wonderful, kind and friendly people. My partner hired a scooter here and received no problems at all with it. It was much better for him to get around the Arndale as that’s a big place. I really like the Harry Potter shop in here too; it was certainly tempting me 😂 thank you to the staff member for the Manchester worker bee sticker, that was a nice touch. Thank goodness places like this exist!

Don't use the shop mobility but do go into Hoot . Fine staff helpful and got a good range of Harry Potter items etc to sell .
