I would highly recommend Nicholas and his company to anyone who requires shop fitting accessories and here is why... MJ Exhibitions Ltd is a family run exhibition stand designer and builder. Our client at Autumn Fair 2016 needed more hooks for the slat walls on their stand on the last day of the install. As we are based in Kent, I found local supplier, Shopfitting Services Midlands, in Birmingham. It was after 3 pm when I got in touch with Nicholas... First of all, he CALLED ME BACK when the phone line cut off as I was on the road and had bad signal. Although, he didn't have what I needed in stock, he managed to source it really promptly. When I ask if he could deliver the hooks to the NEC urgently, I didn't get any of the usual "Oh we close in an hour" or "It's not part of our service", or "Sorry, we can't do this", or "Have you lost your mind?"... Nicholas happily said that the hooks will be with our client within an hour or so and they were! Extremely happy with their service and understanding of the critical situation I was in and simply being a human and agreeing to help another human. Does not happen a lot nowadays... THANK YOU NICHOLAS!
