I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have been repeatedly ignored. I’m a clinic which prides myself on great customer service, and would expect the same from any company I order from. I ordered products, (2 orders) which I was then told weren’t in stock, I waited weeks and still nothing. As a busy clinic I needed the products so ordered elsewhere, I had to phone shop beautiful on a number of occasions to ask for a refund, I eventually got a refund of £51, but I was owed £71, I emailed and got no response, and phoned to be told they will pass the message on to the refund team, but still nothing. I will be taking my business else where. Terrible customer service

dont use this company. They are quick to take your money when products are not in stock and they dont advise you and allow you to proceed with an order. this caused me having to cancel 4 clients loosing business. I recommend reliable medicare to purchase your products

Purchased from this company on 22nd February. On the 23rd I received an email explaining that 2 of the items were on back order with no date. I explained that I needed these items so would rather be refunded and purchased else where. I received my order on the 24th with items missing. They explained that these too were not in stock. She said I would be receiving my refund in 5 working days. 7 working days later no refund has been sent and I contacted them again saying by the end of the week I should receive a refund it has now been a total of 10 working days and no refund has been sent. I’ve never had problems with this company before but I can’t understand how it takes so long to send money back but they are very quick to take it off you. Things like this put me off purchasing from companies.
