DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolutely shocking service from who calls himself a manager so rude and called me and my friend liars!! I only wanted to bring my boots back because THEY had given me the wrong size in the first place wich i only realised when i got them home and came to wear them the next day. Took them back to swap them for a smaller size to wich he refused!!? And spoke to myself and my friend like crap..DO NOT SHOP HERE HE DOESN'T DO REFUNDS or even exchanges.only interested in your money.. con man

Horrible customer service! My friend wanted to exchange some boots for a smaller size and the manager refused, calling us liars and saying that the shoes have been worn...which was obvious they weren't as they were very clean in the box, new condition. She didn't even ask for a refund, she only wanted to exchange them and he treated us like we were robbing him! DISGRACEFUL! Taking advantage of their own customers!
