Put lead in for repair, asked price he said see what they can do . Went to pick it up different man charged me £7 i mentioned its a bit more than i thought it would be ,didnt care attitude, new lead £7.99 in lidl ,won't be going back. No I had a chat about leather softener, you offered a product and I asked if something i had at home would do the same , so no you did not save me money.

New Milton Town are lucky to have a traditional shop like this. Courteous and friendly service. Expert shoe repairs including other unusual leather related products like bags and handbags etc. Five 🌟. Thank you guys. Will be a very sorry day if you ever had to close down!

I had to get a replacement key for the shed where my mobility scooter is stored. So I Googled locksmiths in New Milton and I found Shoecare. Exactly 9:00am the shop opened as advertised. There are 2 steps in front of the shop that I knew that I’d have trouble negotiating. The proprietor came out to me and took the spare key 🔑 that I had taken with me. Within 5 minutes he brought out my keys and asked me how I was going to pay. He brought out the card machine and duly processed my payment. Outstanding service 👍
