Fantastic club! I started the senior class in 2016 as a white belt, with little experience of judo. 2 years on and I’m loving the sport! The club has a very friendly and inclusive environment, with extremely knowledgable and skilled coaches (head coach is a 5th Dan). There is a wide mix of grades that attend each week, with training sessions tailored to help develop each grade. I highly recommend Shizentai for both experienced judo players and people new to judo who are looking for a true sporting challenge!

They have been brilliant with teaching my eldest daughter, who is 14 and has minor physical difficulties and learning difficulties, over the past 4 years. She has reach green belt with their help. Hopefully she will go further. They are also very good with the younger ones. Teaching them discipline as well as having fun. My 7 year old, who started when she was 5, really enjoys going like her big sister.
