Poor service, 1 very rude man working in there, didn't want to accept my parcels because I had 8 at 7am this morning although the post office clearly states its open at 7am, he served another customer who had 2 and still refused me, told me if I didn't get out of the shop he would call the police, they would have laughed in his face, he told me I was banned 😀. I reported him to post office for not correctly doing his job and to nisa customer service.

Incompetent staff and blames Royal Mail for thier mistake. My complaint was dismissed and was charged once again for a stamp with no receipt. Staff member said it happens all the time. Staff member put stamp on wrong side of envelope so it was sent back to me. Even though the letter was handed over correct way facing up and the address to was far away from my current location. Avoid, I hope Post Office will remove the contract with this branch.
