I wish there was a 0 start rating for this. Yes the staff are nice and respectful but to get an appointment you have to wait 2 weeks no matter what, my wife went with my son who had something in his sensitive parts still no appointment in same day. Wait 2 weeks or go to the walk in in the hospital. Really who wouldn’t be fine (or dead) after 2 weeks. Maybe i was wrong as i am new to the country i asked around and everyone told me max you will get appointment in next day or same say if its urgent. So MY ADVICE STAY AWAY AND I YOU SHOULD SEE THEIR 1 and half star review to their other partner/branch hall green on Stratford road.

The two of them are really rude i take my son and when he entered by mistake he touch the table and game fall from table and she give him and us dirty look and said he's very naughty she didn't touch him and not talk to him and giving him dirty look and said me your son is really naughty and she refer us to some CDC in emergency and said you may leave and before we take my son early months of year they said we send you letter but they didn't then i take my son again and then they send letter after 2 months and now day by day they are getting worse not all of them but some of them getting really rude they get high salary but do noting im very upset bit 2 of them healthy one are really nice talk politely and play with children
