    Not very impressed when I visit this branch, it is messy and untidy and from the minute you walk in is very old and outdated. The staff whenever I’ve visited are not friendly nor helpful and do not exercise the standards of customer service which are expected of them from the Post Office company. Wait times are often excessive and the other day I queued the other day for more than ten minutes. Additionally they’re a DPD Pick-Up shop but I don’t trust this service, I called before visiting and was told my item was there, upon going to collect it I was told it had been there for months and not collected (not true) and it had been returned; it was under the counter. I highly recommend not using this branch and instead looking nearby for your next nearest Post Office or the Royal Mail Customer Service Point across the road for better service.

    Around 10 people in the queue but staff just ignored this. Staff were just chatting about non work related things while serving customers. It was like watching a slow motion action replay! Ignored when I reached the counter while the women continued with their conversation. Server finally looked up at me as if I was an inconvenience. She then processed my transaction as slowly as possible, whilst chatting with her colleagues again as if to prove some bizarre point or power play. It feels like passive aggressive bullying of customers. This has been my experience at every visit in the past year. Going to this branch is only ever a last resort. Shirley precinct and Regents Park Road branches branches provide real customer service.I have managed staff for many years and their lack of professionalism and compkete lack of respect for customers a disgrace. Very occasionally they will deign to be helpful if filling out forms but that's not the norm. They definitely have knowledge but prising it out of them is another thing. The manager should deal with this.

    It's fine if you don't mind standing around for 10 minutes while they finish chatting to eachother about their weekends. One lady was very good at getting my parcel into the parcel bin behind her with a no-look, over the shoulder throw. Would have been impressive were my parcel not covered in "fragile" tape, implying that it's contents, despite being well packed, might indeed be fragile.
