Booked in a relaxation massage very last minute for 30 mins. They were able to accommodate between 2 bookings thankfully. The practitioner was very experienced, knowledgable, friendly, cooperative and made you feel welcome. Amazing skill and had the best sleep after a rough week, woke up very well rested and on the road to recovery.

Though Shirley Massage Centre is not the nearest option, distance was a con I could live with provided the therapist was worth her salt. I made the booking with part trepidation and part optimism because I based my decision on the Google reviews and sometimes, real life experience with the service provider can go either way. So on arrival, I was that 'hard-to-please' client - came in with her own scented candle, requesting specific ambience from music decibel to lighting! But Liz kept her cool and engaged politely till some level of trust was achieved.. She earned 3stars straight up! The other 2 was earned during actual session. My muscles could do with some TLC - all knotted and inflamed. Liz worked these muscles with clinical precision and suggested other therapeutic methods that could improve healing. I even tried cupping....sshhhh🙂. Could the interior do with some improvement? Yes, but that does not take away from the 5stars. Will definitely be coming back.
