Terrible Service. I recently changed my gp service as i moved to a new place and i chose this gp surgery as it was close to my new home. I went there to bring my ID and sign some document however i forgot to bring a copy of my proof of address. The receptionist told me to come back in the afternoon since they are open till 6pm. I went there around 5 with my needed documents. I went to the receptionist and told her that i came back with my documents and to sign some forms but she just told me in a rude way to come back the next day as they are busy and they cannot attend me at that moment. I was so disappointed and fuming at the same time! I told them that I am working tomorrow till friday and that was my only free time. They just ignored me. I told them that I work in SGH and that no matter how busy we get we dont send patients back home! I will be looking for other GP surgery near my area and not this one. Terrible experience!

Recently , the service I have received has been great and can’t fault them at all . The receptionist was very helpful , which meant I was able to have a much needed routine blood test in the surgery , and the gp responds very quickly to every e consult I have needed to send . Hope the service stays as good as it is 😃

I would like to give 0 if there was that option ! I had the worst scenario in this GP doctor refuse to see me ! I’m been suffering with cold and flu symptoms for over two weeks and more which is not going away and getting each day worse . With blood coming from cough and painful body upper back and all frond very stiff neck and very weak and spinning head all over not able even to sleep! Finally I got thru gp the receptionist asked me to to e consult (no other chance ) I made it and been waiting with my last energy all day over hoping someone will call me will check me up (rest mind ) even if nothing as I’m experiencing pain in my frond and I had pneumonia on my childhood. But instead I’m getting email at 16:45 by saying I don’t need to be seen as there nothing they can do for my symptoms??? Yesterday I almost faulted down of my head and my body my throat the blood ? The continuous cough? They even haven’t bothered to phone me …! Please be careful with this surgery and their dentist too !

Awful reception staff, I appreciate everyone is stretched with regards to money but the sarcasm and coldness I have received is terrible. Dr Lilli is brilliant and some of the nurses are great too however this surgery has rapidly gone downhill after being a patient of theirs my whole life. Sadly I feel its time for us all to move. Dr Douglas the leading Practitioner needs to look at booking system, mannerism of reception and general efficiency of this surgery.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and feeling extremely unwell. I only go to the doctors if I feel I really need to and am shocked at the total lack of care. It has taken 2 days for me to get through. Each time I called it went through to a full mailbox and the phone then hung up. When I finally got through I was told there are 0 appointments. Come in tomorrow and maybe you will get one. I understand this is busy time of year but fail to accept it is ok for it to take 3 days of calling and finally a visit to be heard.

So apparently all receptionists are now medically trained!!!! When calling to see a doctor to be told no my condition isn't important enough for me to be seen so infection With a low immune system due to radiotherapy but its OK my immune system will fight it right?????
