This company did the windows on my new build flat. After about 9 months, water started leaking in through at least three of the windows, causing damage to the structure. The developer said to me that they had asked Shirley Glass to come and fix it, and that they chased them many times, but Shirley Glass have never got in touch with me about fixing it. If what the developer tells me is true, and I don't see why it wouldn't be, then all I can say is that this company must be run by cowboys.

My score was Originally 5* now only worth 1* Replaced front door handle. Great job done. Polite and professional plus friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend. UPDATE...My initial review was very positive. However, i had to call the company out three times because the handle they fitted kept breaking and then they did not replace the original door fittings properly which meant I could not lock the door! Then the door handle broke and kept spinning round. I would not have bothered amending my review as these things happen. However, they had a cheek to send me an invoice for £66!!! Absolutely disgusted. If they said they could not fix my handle at the beginning i would have been OK, but to provide items, that were obviously NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and then charge me for having to come back and repair it, is DEPLORABLE. I am seeking further advice on this matter .

This company has fitted many replacement panels in my double glazing over the years and the service was always reliable and competitive. Recently, however, things have not been so good. Twice in the last year, I have spoken to them about replacing 4 double glazed units: once over the phone and once by personal visit.
