Last week I went for my kids routine check up. It didn't atleast took 10 min to finish the appointment. The dentist claimed that she had done 3 fillings for my younger one and one filling for my elder son. I was surprised to see how quickly she fixed the teeth! And she was not friendly with the kids either .Very disappointed about the service.

Tried to move to this practise but have so far had both appointments cancelled due to annual leave from the dentist! Both appointments were approx 1 week apart. Registering was difficult, my email wasn't received, calling back to rearrange my first cancelled appointment took 24hrs before reception answered, & if you dare to be angry when you've been cancelled out again, then you are told management will call you to deal with you. Shoddy shoddy shoddy. Do not bother trying to come here.

The worst dentist surgery I have ever been too, the reception staff are rude and and massively unprofessional. The dentist I saw was incredibly negligent, proposed a root canal on a tooth that didn’t require it. Impossible to get appointments and when you do get one they leave you waiting an hour after your appointment time has started and then do not undertake or complete any work. I would avoid at all costs, go to literally any other dentists surgery if you have to because this is the worst surgery I have ever experienced.

Turned up for appointment to be told it had been cancelled and I had apparently been notified by post. I had not received this notification and bearing in mind there are ongoing postal strikes nobody thought to follow the letter up with a phone call, so a wasted journey! The Receptionist said most people hadn't received the letters...really, how surprising!!! Telephone is never answered just rings out constantly, no point leaving voicemail as nobody returns your call either! I couldn't post this review unless I gave at least one star, otherwise they wouldn't get anything.

I have been a patient at this dentist for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I am also a patient that has to regularly attend the practice and all reception staff, dentists and especially Bharti are brilliant. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment for routine checks or emergencies. What I will say is that - I have seen these staff members be spoken to disgustingly by patients. They do not have to tolerate such rudeness. If you treat people with respect, they are much more likely to go out of their way to help you. If you treat them with disrespect, you deserve it back.

1,a, Seen as new patient, till l told them he has been here a few times. My husband had an appointment this morning for a check up. 1, medical history was not taken 2, had discomfort on upper left crown, RCT done before covid. 3 No PA or any action taken Nurses walking with comtaminated gloves in and out off surgery,looking for bitewings. It was an awful visit. My husband doesn't want to complain but l am.
