Enquired about a bike at the beginning of March and had it delivered near the end which was quite quick for the start of the bike season. From my initial email to viewing was quick, onto a few days… then bought straight away. Waited what felt like forever for delivery, a little more communication with that would be good, just receiving a phone call for it to be delivered and that was all. Serviced and 12 months MOT put on it and delivered for free and promptly, never came with full tank of fuel as promised though. Staff friendly, price good, the store looks good but to be honest I didn’t look around much… didn’t have much money left to spend. The sale was straight forward enough

While I cannot say anything about their bike sales department, their clothing & accessories shop is decently stocked and their staff are always around to help you out - all reflected in their higher prices. My 1⭐️ rating strictly applies to their servicing department. Incredibly pricey and their services are highly lacking. Engine oil was topped out well over the High limit, fork seals started leaking a few days later and they forgot to bolt the front brake caliper cable bracket back into place, just left it hanging like that. Did all the servicing myself this year as did not want to go through all that again - waste of money and time. I will try my best to avoid this place for the foreseeable future as it seems like their mechanics are either not interested, too inexperienced or a combination of both. Heard some rumours that they’ve got big staff turnover- not sure if that’s true or not but if it is, I’m sure it has something to do with what I’ve experienced.

The staff were friendly that I dealt with. I went there to buy two 500ml bottles of brake fluid. i almost collapsed when the parts guy said £29.98 for the two bottles. Think someone needs to tell them we don't all work in the oil business. I could've got the same product from halfords for under £16. Lesson learnt.
