All the flight agencies are more expensive than online now days, it only benefits the ones who don’t know how to work with internet!! Base on politeness I would give 5 out of 5 however I didn’t get ticket from them so I gave 3 stars. Polite and Friendly staff ! But more expensive than online!

Overpriced! 0 customer service! £350 for a £160 ticket for Turkish airline from Birmingham to Istanbul. Scamming an elderly person 72 years of age. Me as a family member tried to seek service from Shiraz travel the person was rude and told me to go to the airport desk, but he could have done it him self. Not recommended at all. Avoid this agency as you better of to buy tickets online yourself.
