To whom it may concern. 27/10/2022 - 12:41 A few days ago, I contacted Shipways Estate. I received an immediate response from Leah Ladek regarding booking a viewing the next day. I found her to be the most pleasant person Shipways could send for the view. Her support and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. She has a real knack for dealing with people! Due to a transportation issue, my partner was unable to be on time; he was 15 minutes late, and despite her heavy schedule, she waited kindly and without complaining. It is remarkable how positive her attitude is! It was a pleasant surprise to find such an attentive agent. You must be a great asset to Shipways Estate.
