We were ecstatic to have found someone like Adnan in our lettings journey. From the first telephone call, all the way up until we received the keys for the property; Adnan kept us informed of each and every stage of the process and genuinely helped us obtain this property. We would 100% recommend Adnan to anyone! Due to unforeseen circumstances; the initial property that we had put an application in; which was with another agency; the letting agents were extremely unhelpful and rude, however we got through the process and the Landlord informed us to provide our notice to our current agents as the property was basically all good to go; however at the end moment the Landlord removed their property from the market and we could not withdraw our notice with our current agency; so we would have been homeless should we have not been able to secure another property. We then made a call to Shipways Great Barr and Adnan was a god send for us! He fundamentally prevented us from becoming homeless. This man needs a promotion! Adnan is the first agent we have come across (and we have been to many!) who actually cares about both the Landlord AND the Tenant! He is an asset to Shipways. We sincerely thank you once again Adnan! You helped provide our little girl a home; and for that we will forever be grateful!

If you are looking for a relaxed, kind and informative letting experience I would 100% recommend Adnan. Adnan has helped us on two occasions, one that unfortunately fell through due to my personal circumstances, inwhich Adnan was kind and professional, when I next came to needing a property, Adnan soon got on the hunt on my behalf and found us the most beautiful home, he had recalled all of our prior wants and needs from a property from the months prior and it felt like a very personal experience.
