    We've been using ShipStation for about 6 months now, it has worked okay most of the time. However, their support and aftercare is appalling. Part of their offering is that you can add additional sales channels (webshops) to your account. We started an additional shop and wanted to add it to ShipStation, but sofar it hasn't been added to our system and the helpdesk can't get it done either. Already waiting for 2 weeks for this to be fixed now. Don't think you can rely on them if you have a problem...

    We have had a fantastic experience with ShipStation and wonder why we didn't take the plunge before. It integrates well with Shopify and Etsy sites. Like all new software it takes time to set up so it works smoothly, but Charles has been fantastically patient in helping us. The fees are more than covered by the discounted postage rate. Anyone sending more than 20 parcels a week would benefit for sure.
