I have installed an MVHR system as part of an extensive bungalow retrofit. Lynx AC specified and designed the system, then commissioned after I did the installation. My first dealings with Lynx AC was through the yearly service at work, they supplied multiple systems throughout office and plant areas and the team that did the servicing were always polite and professional, this led me to enquire regarding a A/C unit for my bedroom at home, Rob came out and explained the options and how the installation would work, we had this fitted in 2016 and have been very happy with the difference it has made, so much so that in 2020 we had a second larger system fitted in the living area, we took the maintenance contract out with both. In December on the latest maintenance service the engineer explained he had found that the bedroom system was under performing and requested a pressure test, from this he advised a deep clean to see if that would improve performance, after this was done he still was not happy and went away saying that we would be contacted to explain the options, within a week Lynx AC had contacted us to say they would be replacing the old system with a new one as part of the warranty and maintenance contract we had, this was after 6 years.. I cannot recommend Lynx AC highly enough, the team are highly professional, the installations and after service have been brilliant.. New Mitsubishi AC system, 1 outdoor unit and 2 indoor. Brought primarily as a heating system with bonus of summer cooling. Really pleased with the install, actually can’t believe the heating performance is so good even with it being so cold. And the near silent running. The lads who carried out the installation were very conscientious, took care to protect carpets and the whole system has been installed with care to be as un intrusive as possible. Also left everything clean and as they found it. Highly recommended from Rob’s survey to install handover. Service: Install AC
