I paid for a window clean last summer and unfortunately had to cancel twice due to medical issues. Since then Matthew has cancelled at least 6 times, some of which I've had no communication about. I would wait at home for my appointment and no one would show up. I requested a refund and was told this was not possible and they could rearrange for spring which they did. However this appointment was also cancelled by Matthew and I have had no communication since then I have emailed the company many times with no response. Absolutely terrible service! I would not recommend at all, save your money and go elsewhere

Great service from the Shining Windows team. Friendly, punctual, kept me fully informed of what they were going to do and then made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I also want to praise their business set-up and how easy they’ve made it to book and pay for window cleaning online. All prices and availability are clearly laid out so there’s no back and forth about getting quotes, finding a suitable time, getting someone to look at the property first etc. which is what put me off with a few other businesses I’d looked at. Very poor experience. Wanted money upfront and then was a constant hassle to get hold of him with constant excuses for not turning up. Has only completed half of the paid for work and no contact now for a year. I had recommended him to my neighbour as well who had a similar experience and has also decided to use someone else. I really wouldn’t bother. Services: Window washing, Glass & mirror cleaning

I used Shining Windows for the first time today and they delivered a 1st class service from booking to completion. Matthew suggested an out of hours start at 7am due to the possibility of traffic on Stoney Stratford high street. He was there on the dot and did a great job . A couple of windows at the rear of the building are extremely awkward to get to, but he has an extensive range of equipment to enable him to reach over the single story building in front of the 1st and 2nd floor windows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm. Never fulfil the commitment. Having booked an paid for the service, he never turned up on time. Always ready with excuse. Very rude and unprofessional when it come to the conversation. Not received any single service and lost hard earn money. He always cancel the appointment and ask customer to read the term and condition and what sort of rights he have. Please avoid this firm.
