I have used Shima multiple times for Cat boarding and grooming in the past year and it really is the best place I have found. The cat boarding is clean with heated rooms, lots of space for your cat and protected from the elements. You even have the added bonus of radio/music during the day and Aunty Shima makes sure all residents are loved and taken care of. I have used other boarding options (Oak Ride) and I must say, Shima is leagues above the rest. For grooming, I know my little bundle of joy turns into Death Biter the Unleashed yet she is always extremely well groomed after her session and is relaxing in her carrier afterwards. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone without hesitation for grooming/boarding.

My cat Spice has just spent 26 days at Shima Cat Hotel. She has obviously had a wonderful time coming home so relaxed and content plus her coat is so shiny. Thank you for looking after her so beautifully and I will definitely recommend Shima Cat Hotel to friends and rebook myself when going next on holiday. Full marks all round. 🐾🐾🐾

We left our two cats at Shima Cat Hotel for 10 days during last Christmas holidays. Andina looked after them beautifully. Pens are tidy, clean and confortable. I was looking for a cattery where my cats could feel loved, where they could get cuddles and attention while we were away and I found it. When we took my cats back home they were calm and relaxed. I would recommend Shima Cat Hotel to anyone with no doubt and I will definitively leave my cats with Andina again next time we will be away
